[Match Thread] Bangladesh v Zimbabwe 2nd ODI
Re: [Match Thread] Bangladesh v Zimbabwe 2nd ODI
Very disappointing from the lower middle order. We should just reserved 6/7 for youngster Kamunhukamwe/burl/masukanda/murray/ronche/tsiga. We really don't need Waller type players any more.

Geez we really fell off towards the back end kept losing wickets at the wrong time, I know people are saying the dew will help quicken up the pitch and they maybe right, but I feel once the balls got soft the pitch slowed which hurt us trying to push on.
I feel bad blaming Elton for his 3 off 9 surely it wasn’t his 9 balls he faced that ruined our innings? But he looks so out of his depth out there.

An Idiot or an individual with less knowledge of the game can only blame sub continent pitch for not finishing big, as pitches are batsman paradise and are now more batting friendly because of dew, all that need is the talent and will power to perform in this pitches.

While Larry sends down 75mph lolly pops - a far cry to his bowling from yesteryear

Yeah good point, K-long would be a much better choice at 7 than Chigs. Burl doesn't seem like a fast scorer to me (Test specialist territory almost), Musakanda is too good to bat that low, Murray maybe if he was available.

This is just toothless - they are making this look ridiculously easy.
I like the Don, but his bowling is beyond gentle. We need a 90mph bowler

I believe 6/7 will ease these guys into international cricket. Masukunda hasn't had a good run up top. If you look over the years I think a couple of players got their first gigs down the order De Cork, Amla all made their debuts a 6/7.brmtaylor.com admin wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 1:43 pmYeah good point, K-long would be a much better choice at 7 than Chigs.
