Bowled Scotland out for 140. Must win game to show that we are still ahead of the associates. We are batting down to 10 today so would be a shocker if we did not cross the line.

Early loss of Madhevere, but Marumani really T’ing off here. He won’t get a better chance to get a WC hundred. Shumba must just give him strike and watch him blister it.

In fact he can’t quite do it. There’s not enough runs to chase, about ten shy. Pity.

Gotta win plate now or at least get to final. Fancy our chances against Sri Lanka or new Zealand. England might be a stretch. We shall see

New Zealand is in the Quaterfinals. Its SL and England in the Plates amongst Test nations.
Shocking that Ireland keep missing qualification for the U-19 WC. Can't remember the last time they qualified.

2002 won the plate
2004 beat Aus made it out of the group
2006 beat England made it out of the group
Nothing much since except 2016 when they should have beat WI and beat South Africa, still came 11th though so not that great

Canada vs zimbabwe plate quarter final on tuesday
