Jordan Hermann surely has to get an early call-up. He's unbelievably impressive, has a massive future in my opinion. Has to be a better pick than De Zorzi and even Rickelton.
They've finally recognised that Mulder is class.

Mulder needs to do something with his chances, he’s had plenty already

He's in the same league as Markram in my opinion. You have to persevere with the guys that are clearly a cut above.

Where's Riley Rousseau? Surely he should be in the mix.

Interesting that Brevis has been included in the SA-A squad for a 3-day warm-up match vs West Indies.

He has yet to play a single first class match.

Well they're very keen to give him any game time they can since they're planning to launch him into national squads with such inexperience.

Markram showing his class with a century in Test return. I still think he’d be best served batting at 3 or 4, but nonetheless he’s scored a rare ton in test cricket for South Africa these days.

Not much from the rest including a duck for the new captain Bavuma.

The Coetzee Ngidi swap is an interesting one, surprised at that.

Ya you have to persevere with Markram in all formats, he just looks a class act, very surprising he hasn't done better in his career.
Hermann for me. Clearly CSA can prevent him making a name for himself, but he looks to be the part.

I'd pick Bosch ahead of Coetzee as a bowler.

Ngidi didn't even make the squad, sorta confusing considering he also fills a quota spot.

That was my point. There have been extended periods where he's there on merit and other times he most certainly kept deserving guys out. When he's bowling well he's a great bowler.

Coetzee is going to give it 200% because he wont get an extended shot, he's been bowling rockets.
Coetzee was an excellent schoolboy batsman, he's let it go, but with some work he could pull it back.
