So Dion Myers is still in the set up? That is really good to see.

Munyonga and Myers are 2 guys who would really benefit from some A cricket. Myers especially. More talented than Wes and Shumba with the bat.

It might actually work to our advantage that the season will be played now as Myers can assess if he can crack the team or go to Uni by September

Unlucky Myers. Though 86 in your second first class match is very good indeed

Overall the lineups looked a bit weak, definitely in comparison to the sides we saw in the first two rounds, the County players are obviously gone and the national team players as well.

Positives though were the runs from youngsters Myers & Munyonga, I always forget Tony but he’s definitely a player we will see a lot of in the next 10 years.

Mumba came back well after going for 7 an over in his first spell of 4 overs, his next 13 overs cost just 17 & he picked up 3 wickets. Jongwe was the other bowler to impress with 3 wickets as well, good to see him bowling well again.

The dry weather seems to have dried out the pitches, we usually see lots of wickets and low scores when the big names are away, but both the Goats & Rocks put on good scores. The Kaia brothers both doing well, Roy poised for his 2nd 1st class ton, it’s been a while between drinks for him.
