3 games isn't enough unless he was bagging 5fers every game. I don't think he's far off though if his numbers remain steady.
He was jogging in very gently and not bowling at more than 120 kph, if that, in my opinion, in the domestic games. Even before he was far off the bowler he used to be before he broke his leg.
Shingi is still taking wickets while bowling at Hami's pace nowadays. It is more indicative of the poor standard of the domestic scene that putting the ball in the right areas at slow medium pace is too much for many of the batsmen there.
