Team kit

Post by Zimco »

For those that are interested, I see you can buy the Ihsan Zimbabwe kit online from them (top and trousers). They make them in Sialkot, Pakistan I think.

I want to get some shirts for myself and my friend.

https://ihsansports.com/t-shirts

Shipping is like 45 USD per item internationally

Anyone live in Pakistan, can you help me out? Is this a fair rate?

$45 shipping is crazy, the shirt itself is only about $30USD if I've done my maths right?

It would probably be cheaper to try and get one from Zim and shipped out from here for you. Maybe someone can help with any retailers here or direct ZC contact details etc. Absolute Sports in Samy Levy's Village used to sell the kit but I don't know if thats still the case.

The shirt is 13.2 USD and the pants are 7.2 USD so they are pretty cheap.

My friend loves muzarabani haha (we all do)

It’s no 1996 Australian tri series quality.

I’d recommend waiting for a better shirt to arrive. I haven’t been impressed with zim shirts of late.

I think if they want to stick with yellow and red (and ditch green and black) then they need to modify the colours to old gold and dark red. Maybe even silver

Hard to describe but something closer to these random jerseys from google

I'm not a fan of the current kit by a long way, but yellow is part our colours, not gold.

Would be happy to see us go to a more red kit with some green in them and the black or yellow playing less of a role in the kit.

Warning: it might be a dodgy website. I believe this is the correct Ihsan website
ihsansports.pk

I still went through and ordered a Zim shirt on 25 April just to see what would happen. It was all a bit dodgy from the lack of size selection to the payment process. As of today, there's no sign that anything is happening with my order. Could be pandemic related or a straight out scam so we'll see.

that's actual cost. At Factory outlets will be even cheaper, with discount of 7 USD.
Issue would be of shipping in pandemic. With heavy shipping charges.

The world cup qualifiers strip was the best ever imo. This current one really looks pathetic.
