Did ZC take any actions against him?
No idea what happened at all after the initial hearing. Looks like there was no official response to this by ZC as well, but I could be wrong.

Well that's majorly fucked up. There's usually a reponse or statement put out by the employer for sportspersons caught up in these incidents, whether falsely alleged or whether he actually is a rapist. Hell I can remember an eSports team putting out a statement when some gamer got accused of sexual assault, ZC shouldve said something.

Looking at how some tweets from his teenage were unearthed for that new English bowler and how ECB had to (over)react, this certainly needed some responsible reaction from ZC. Specially given how they responded to Streak's suspension...

"uselessness" with respect to cricket, sure, but who knows, might be useful elsewhere for ZC?

To be fair, he was found not guilty. So we shouldn’t hold it against him and we don’t really know what happened. (Up to you to decide how much you trust Harare courts).

I just thought it’s funny that him and Kaia were together lol.

Theres no job on earth where you stick around for over a decade performing this poorly....no job, apart from quasi-authoritarian politics. This points to ZC being a polical junket , jobs for pals. I hope we'll never see him in Zim colours again!!

The problem we have in Zimbabwe is our domestic wages aren't good enough to keep people around in the system without playing for the national team. I hope they can change this since they have cleared their debt.

There is no harm in having guys like Maruma, Zhuwao, Elton, Kaia, Shingi Maskadza and Mpofu playing in the domestic system. The problem is the difference between the domestic and the national contracts is so big that everybody is desperate to get one.

In an ideal world these guys play and the young guys also stick around without too much life pressure forcing them to leave. I would rather we even go extreme and have only 3 domestic teams with stiff competition and only 45 players on decent contracts. Everybody else can play in the NPL
