Logan Cup 15-18 Oct | Eagles V Rocks | Mountaineers V Rhinos

Post by secretzimbo »

Franchise season starts here!

Alliance Heath Eagles take on Southern Rocks at Takashinga whilst Mountaineers play Rhinos at sports club.

Still no full squad lists for the season ahead. Not expecting many/any surprises anyway. Eagles line-up very predictable today but looks like Reggie is captain.

Cuthbert Musoko moving from Eagles back to Rocks seems to be pretty much the only transfer news.

Kaitano looks the goods. Strong on the pull and the drive. Saw a very dismissive pull off Chatara. They might just have found a gem here. ( For tests)

Lol well done for putting the curse on poor Takudzwa. Out first ball after lunch!

Hoping Tari gets a score. He really needs one.

Adding score cards for later reference.

Rhinos v Mountaineers: https://www.espncricinfo.com/series/log ... -scorecard

Good stuff so far from Kaitano, Wellington, Evans and Tsiga.

Caught a bit of Welly’s spell before the stream messed up and he was bowling beautifully. He’s really progressed recently.

Meanwhile in the other game Innocent Kaia has retired hurt on two separate occasions today.
