Why no under 19 players in Logan Tournament ?

Logan tournament is started but there is no place for under 19 players who are going to represent Zimbabwe in next under 19 WC
There should have been place for Steven Seoul, Michael Welch, Conally, Wolhunter, Oldknow, Bernett, Falo, Chirwa, Immanuel Bawa, Michael Shrunken, Jorge Martial
