Are we already done with the pro50? who won?? Given thattheres a T20I WC down the corner, should the lads be playing tons of T20s??
Supposed to be a Final at some point but it's weird they've gone back to the 4-day stuff suddenly. No idea.

Don't worry, we have 1 week of T20 games scheduled in March

First Class debuts for Nqobile Sibanda at Rhinos, and, interestingly, a guy called Karabo Motlhanka at Tuskers, who appears to be the Botswana national captain! :D
Thats great news mate!! i love it when our league attracts international players, hopefully it will be a good experience for the guy!!
I personally think the Logan Cup would hugely benefit from influx of players from Namibia or even by adding 2x Namibian sides to the competition.

Maybe add one Namibian side but inject some other players into the existing Zimbabwean sides
Yeah mate, but as usual, who's paying for that?

So more realistic is to try and absorb a few of them into the existing franchises as overseas players I reckon.

Rhinos in a strong position. Bit surprising as Rocks have the stronger team on paper. Mavuta got a 6fer.

Mountaineers have got a decent first innings lead as well- Compton top scoring, again.

We are also in this limbo because of the missing middle that should have matured now. Age 26 to 32 really produced nothing, maybe just Jongwe, Wellington, and Burl, but in terms of their careers they aren't leaders yet. We wasted time on the Chibhabha cluster.

Nyathi is 35 years old. He must just have a love for the game to still be playing. Played his first match in 2006. 16 years ago when he was 19

Fair play to him, always a steady player that was just never good enough for the next level. This match has been the match of his career. Well played sir!

Still can’t understand why he didn’t get a game in the north/south matches. I rate him as 3rd choice seamer once Larry retires.
