Hoping Chivanga gets a chance soon. How long will he stick around for without being given an opportunity?
The main problem here is he is an excellent 4 day player and we play very little test matches
We’ll never know how he fairs in white ball cricket if he’s not given the opportunity. Raw pace has always been a valuable commodity ZC always overlooks. In some instances eg tournaments ang high pressure games, raw (and often wayward) 140 km+ bowlers eg Olonga, Tait can win you matches by simply unsettling and/or terrorising batsmen esp the lower order

What does he bowl? I'm assuming spin of some sort?

I'll bet he's half decent. Did the captain just chuck him the ball or what? Or he reckoned it was a turner?

No idea, but only 2 other wickets have gone to spin in the match, so pitch doesn't seem to be a raging turner.

Nice to see the Overseas contributing big though, even if it's not in the expected skillset!

It goes to mindset. Batters probably saw him with the ball and thought- oh shit, we'd better watch out here, he must be good.

Zimbabwe should offer Nil Gubbins, Will Fraine, Ben Crompton, Bryan Curran & Brade Evans to play for Zimbabwe as they have no future in English set up. Getting them will make Zim strong

B Crompton
R Chakbva
W Fraine
N Gubbins
S Williams
B Curran
S Raza
B Evans
W Masakadja
B Muzurbani
R Ngarava
Robo to rule
