Ya that hold onto your seats stuff is just weird. It's not like he's breaking the news.
Risk of legal action etc. I have the statement but not going to put myself at risk for something which is coming out today anyway.

Oh bloody hell. Just seen the statement. I imagine it will be public today.

Why does everything have to end like this in Zim ffs.

Sad ugh
Interesting to see if BT releases it before the ICC.

People.will try and defend him but I am backing the ICC here.
Agree, and I’m sure the Official ICC release might have even more details too.

A sad end, and I guess this explains the ZC radio silence all along on his retirement.

What a thoroughly shit way to start the day

Nah, I’m not Adam Theo, he’s a massive beta male.

Not great for BT….anyway. It’ll be here shortly I’d imagine.
Ah, so because he does things differently makes him beta male?

From all sounds, it's not good for BT. Can we stop emboldening Mukhulani and his crew. Their egos are big enough.

‘Frank’ will be having some breakfast champagne and readying his barrage of tweets no doubt!

BT has himself to blame, but the reaction will be Streak Round 2. We are a gross country in so many ways

I guess there had to be more to why ZC didn't honour him after he retired and refused to even acknowledge him.

I'm going to wait to read the full statement before I add some extra thoughts to this.

If the ICC are involved, it can only be something like match fixing or improper conduct, and he will be getting banned.

He really should have reported it instantly. There's no excuses, much like Streak.

But hopefully people including ZC go easy on a broken man who obviously has much bigger issues. Jeez. It's rough.

Interesting point is that he went to the ICC in March 2020. So presumably ZC were aware, and backed him? I mean he kept playing, and even captained last year. So clearly ZC were initially in support of him.

It's not a very big deal ..if this is what it is ..Shakib was banned tr two years for the same thing ..and he was welcomed back by the general public and Bangladeshis ..i hope Zimbabwean will do the same and not pull him down ..I feel putting such a long explanation will infact not work in favour of him ..he could have just said yes I accept charges ..no one can snatch the legacy away from BT

Also it's sad that both BT and streak were initially lured with starting T20 competiton in Zimbabwe...
