I'm betting you're correct. From no cricket to a full blown international against a strong team (they're all strong).
Only in Zimbabwe.
I might be completely wrong and he might have gone back to UK or injured.
Just noticed he is missing from the takashinga game today might be nothing.
However would be good for him to be around the squad and maybe play a solitary 20/20 match and make sure he knows he is in their plans and we think a lot of him
I’m sure he knows they like him already tbf. He’s talented and black, is from Takashinga, captained the u19’s, was thrown into the national team, and they offered him a full national contract last August (but he rejected).

Like Hammy, going to university and not playing any decent cricket will significantly hamper his career. :(

Like I said I might be way wide of the mark here.
From an individual perspective university is a smart move. From a fan perspective less so

I don’t even think it’s good from an individual perspective. You can still go to university when you are like 24/25 right?

Surely with as much talent as he has and having been parachuted into the national team, you might as well give that a proper go first for a few years. If that doesn’t work out then you can still go to Uni later. I think his parents are quite pushy though

Hamilton would have been twice the player he was if he didn’t take that time out probably

And ZC is putting videos of the arriving OB van as if something very big is happening. This should be the norm nothing to glorify

Despite the hopeful press release last week, Sean Williams is not currently with the squad. Maybe he will join soon/later?

Ya he has been training with them. Whether he makes the cut for the final squad I'm not sure.
