Players SWOT analysis of their own team

Litton Das feels that Bangladesh's lack of power-hitting skills could be a problem going into this year's T20 World Cup in Australia, scheduled for October-November. It was one of the main reasons, he said, for the team's five-wicket loss in the third T20I, which gave West Indies a 2-0 series win.
"No one in our team is as powerful as [Kyle] Mayers - they [West Indies batters] can clear big grounds at will," Litton said. "We are not capable of it. We always think about hitting fours. They hit more sixes. This is the difference that always exists. We are behind most of the big teams in the T20s. We have a lot to work on. We really can't play powerful cricket."

Just came across this and thought that this is a common sense thing for the followers of BD cricket but still, a good critical observation coming from one of their important players. When was the last time we saw such clear thinking / forward looking response to a question from anyone in the Zim camp?
Let alone leadership skills, a lot of our guys are just going through the motions most of the time. Not immersing themselves in the game.

"We have some good experience and some great talented youngsters coming through. We just have to go and play our natural game and do our best for our country. We are confident we can win. The young guys just have to back themselves and play good cricket and we will be fine"
^ Every Zim press conference/interview ever.

It’s true but I think the players know they are only as good as they are.
Only Jongwe has illusions of grandeur.

By youngsters are you meaning Marumani, Madhevere and Shumba?
We will have a good idea within the next year or so. They'll be in the Zim team for the next 30 years, so I hope you're right.

Whats with the Burl hate?

From what I know he's a bit of a space cadet but harmless enough. On the field starting to contribute more as well!
