on a more serious note this is a positive move and will attract a lot more talent for them. I really want to see Gary Brent do well

I've often wondered if this Lady Chevron money is a different allocation or comes from the same pot.
Gary Brent has been outstanding for the ladies, as opposed to upstanding like Vusi Sibanda was.
