The 3 players I have voted for r Hamilton Masakadza,Tatenda Taibu and Tawanda Mupariwa.

Hamilton Masakadza is the leading run scorer of Zimbabwe in this series. He scored 133 runs at an average of 26.60 with a fifty(77) in the 3rd ODI which Zimbabwe lost by just 5 runs. His striking rate also good 81.59 in the slower pitch of Harare. His 5 innings of this series r (15,6,77,28,7).His 77 in the 3rd ODI was the best one which he scored in 71 balls hitting 7 boundaries and 2 sixes and his 28 in the 4th ODI also good in terms of the batting of other batsmen.

Tatenda Taibu is the 2nd leading run scorer for Zimbabwe in this series. He scored 100 runs at an average of 25 with a best score of 36* in the 1st ODI.In the 1st ODI Zimbabwe was all out of 127 and the last 7 wickets were collapsed for just 3 runs!!!Only Taibu was exceptional making 36* in 58 delivaries hitting 2 boundaries. His 5 innings of this series r (36*,12,31,7,14).In the 3rd ODI in which Zimbabwe lost by 5 runs,Taibu contributed there with 31 runs. His reverse sweep throughout the series against Muraili and Mendis was really the best thing in the batting prospective of Zim to watch out for.He has really worked hard for this in the nets. His running between the wicket is very quick and I think, the worlds best!He is a class batsman of Zimbabwe.

Tawanda Mupariwa is the leading wicket taker of Zimbabwe in this series. He has taken 10 wickets in 5 ODIs at an average of 13.60 and a career best bowlling figure 4/39 in the 3rd ODI.His bowlling figure in the 5 ODIs r (0/28,1/18,4/39,3/34,2/17).Seems impressive! Moreover,he is the fastest Zimbabwean to take 50 wickets beating Eddo Brandes which he completed in 28 matches.

I would like to mention here two more names Keith Dabengwa and Raymond Price.
Keith Dabengwa was the top scorer of Zimbabwe in the last 2 ODIs with 32 and 39 runs but failed to give Zimbabwe a victory.

Raymond Price has taken 4 wickets in 5 ODIs at an average of 26 and a best bowlling figure of 2/24 in the 1st ODI.Although he didnt bowl in the 2nd ODIs which Sri Lanka chased down 68 runs in 17.4 overs. His bowlling figure in the 5 ODIs r (2/24,DNB,0/28,1/24,1/28).He has maintained a good line and length also turned the ball enough and also created pressaure to the Sri Lankan batsmen. The best thing is that he has really encouraged the young guys throughout the series to do better and better.

Anybody noticed that the captain Prosper Utseya has taken only 1 wicket in 5 ODIs at an average of 116!!!He has 50 wickets in 78 ODIs at an average of 53.48,best figure 3/35 although maintained a good economy rate 4.08.I am really not sure about his wicket taking ability.
