I think, the main race is between Kevin Curran and Colin Siller.I will go with Collin Siller for the national team coach.

The logic to go with Colin Siller is mainly for his experience in coaching in countries like New Zealand and Ireland in the club cricket. Moreover,he was the bowlling coach of England. He was the assistant coach of Canada. He is now serving as the national coach of Fiji.It seems that a good experience is behind him.

Kevin Curran is the best man professionally for this job but he shouldnt be selected. He is legged behind for his defensive approach and disappointing performance when he was the coach of Zimbabwean national team from 2005 to 2007.His behaviour with the players is also a key factor. In his coaching period,a talented and promising player Charles Coventry left Zimbabwe telling that he cant work with him.

Walter Chawaguta hasnt done well at all in his coaching period with Zimbabwean national side.He cant convert the good chances into wins.He is tactically not eligible enough to lead the side as a coach.

Stephen Mangongo is very inexperienced with only the experience of coaching the U-19 Zimbabwean team and being the assistant coach of the Zimbabwean national side.

For the A team,I think It must be Dougllas Hondo as Emmanuel Dube isnt capable so.Dougllas Hondos experience of international appearance will definitely help him in coaching.
