Madande's glovework isn't great and we need to admit that. Potentially a gun with the bat but his keeping will need a lot of hard work. And of course the harder you work on that, the less time you have to work on batting.

He only took up keeping seriously at around the age of 18 or so I believe.

Best keeper of the lot by far, Naqvi is so confident he doesn't bother about pads and has been quoted as saying "gloves are for nonces", doesn't even wear them when he's bowling or selecting the team
