Zimbabwe doesn't have Enough World class Players in my opinion that's the reason they continuously fail in Major Tournaments. As of now, the Players in current setup,
1. T Marumani
2. C Ervine (last phase of his Career)
3. S Williams (last phase of his Career)
4. S Raza (last phase of his Career)
5. W Madhevere
6. R Burl (Only Bowling)
7. L Jongwe
8. B Muzarabani
9. R Ngarva
10. J Chibhabha (last phase of his Career)
11. B Evans
12. W Masahadza
13. T Chatara
If Zimbabwe Cricket doesn't think about it definitely from here on Zimbabwe Cricket will go into Darkest Days than Before.

True that three of best players are over 35.ZimfaninIndia wrote: ↑Wed Oct 19, 2022 1:13 pmZimbabwe doesn't have Enough World class Players in my opinion that's the reason they continuously fail in Major Tournaments. As of now, the Players in current setup,

On the other hand new young players may arise although now are still unheard of.
The true problem for Zimbabwe in the past has been the retain of its own players.
Bryom is 25. Is he playing for Zimbabwe? No, for Somerset
Ben, Tom and Sam Curran all in early twentys (we know where they are playing for)
G. Ballance is 32 and not playing for Zimbabwe
C. de Grandhomme played for Zimbabwe in his youth, now he retired from international cricket after.....having played for NZ.
Just figuring out that if only the above five had been in the present squad qualifying for this World Cup semifinal would be absolutely feasible.
This would mean that, with current breed of present Zimbabwe-grown players, the nation would enter in top four in the world.

Nah, Julia Chibhabha is just beginning her career as Match Referee. She has a bright future ahead.ZimfaninIndia wrote: ↑Wed Oct 19, 2022 1:13 pmZimbabwe doesn't have Enough World class Players in my opinion that's the reason they continuously fail in Major Tournaments.
