Well they can force him but I'm sure they will come to some sort of agreement. Or maybe he will retire from test cricket so that he has time for these leagues. That would make more sense actually. 1 or 2 weeks at home to play Ireland won't do much damage to him

I'm pretty sure Sikki will make himself available for Zimbabwe for both Ireland and WI series.
