This is the first time I have actually followed an IPL team because of Raza and I have realized that Sam Curran for the price he went for might be the most overrated cricketer of all time.

I saw Liam Livingston having a real go a few times and I understood the hype immediately but Sam Curran is not worth over 2 million dollars if my maths is correct. In fact there is one game he was batting with Raza when I noticed he kept on giving him the strike instead of taking the bowler on. That's when I decided to track him and he has produced I think 1 performance of note. For 2 million?

I was thinking the same.also it's weird that they will try everyone short, rajapaksha but try and avoid playing Raza who won them two matches as much as possible

Surely they have to give Raza a game now at least.

He's English, that alone makes him a steal at 2 million. Almost every single player in England is over-rated with a handful of exceptions.

And yet somehow they have won the most recent 50 over and 20 over world cups  Not to mention looking pretty unbeatable in Tests since their new setup came in.

Ya they are all shit mate

The Windies and SL have won T20 world cups. I don’t rate that.

The ODI World Cup was legit…but NZ probably should have won that game. And England at one stage we’re looking like not even making the semifinals of that tournament.

They have good batters, that I agree with. Their bowlers are merely OK tho.
