The irony of this all. The spot fixer "fan" - Edward Walter Mupangano, a 27-year-old cricket fan from Harare - made the offer to Luke Jongwe, who, given his other escapades with sponsorships, lifestyle, etc., did the right thing and reported right away! And well done to Jongwe on that. The "fan" probably thought very well in choosing to approach Jongwe
