Re: Zim T10 Draft
Though a bit off topic I want te reiterate my ultra negative opinion on T10 format.
I'm an advocate of both T20 and T20 hundred balls. These are the only serious formats for a speedy cricket match. These are the short formats which are long enough for advertisers and serious enough for statistics comparisons.
T10 is meaningless "boom boom cricket", it may make sense for tapeball local tournaments, not to develop the sport and woo new interest.
HOWEVER.........It's better than nothing, let's see the glass half full: with this tournament Zimbabwe is back in the round of main southern africa city tournaments, although for a short period of time.
My hope is that, in the near future, the SAT20 league may have one (or two) Zimbabwe based franchise. That would indeed be a turning point for Cricket Zimbabwe.

So they are making this big fuss about having lights, but as far as I can see the latest games start at 3.30pm? How long does a T10 even last? Under 2 hours?
That's hardly 'night time' cricket is it.

They should have 4 different crews each responsible for their own light tower.
Winner becomes the new Board.
