How long is the tour supposed to be for? It will definitely cost a fortune. They might have been able to do a longer SA tour. SA doesn’t really help us that much. I saw Houghton complaining about this.

What they would ideally do is give these guys high performance contracts and have them touring England, India, Pakistan and probably SA. Will cost a lot of money but we have no choice at this point. Instead of a Vic Falls stadium we could build a world class academy for 10 million. Nobody will be playing in that stadium if our cricket collapses.
