We really need 2 or 3 guys from this group to step up. Will be difficult but I think if we get 2 guys from here then we have a "U25" team we can work with. More excited about this than the Sri Lanka tour to be honest

Mashford Shungu is the most important one for me, he has bucket loads of potential and our fast bowling stocks are bleak.
Nhamuri is another pace bowler with potential, not as quick as Mashford though.

Has anyone seen anything on how the boys at St Charles have been doing in SA school cricket? I remember there was a lot of fuss and good press about Madhevere and Madande when they were there and they dominated. Not heard much about these three though. If anyone finds anything please share.

Do any of our Indian members know anything about the CCI team or what standard it is likely to be?
Cool experience for the boys to be playing at the Brabourne

Not the A team of CCI ofcourse . Not a very high standard but not too bad either . Players in CCI definitely not young guys but would have hardly played Mumbai cricket at top levelsecretzimbo wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2023 10:21 amDo any of our Indian members know anything about the CCI team or what standard it is likely to be?

As if under 19 kids get more posts about them than the women
suddenly dave’s getting the chop, Gary won his qualifier and there’s a bit of interest
