Kaia is always the first to get dropped. Again.

Such favouritism

Yes...Well he did better than kaitano in the regionals and scored 46 one game. What were kaitano scores 17 and 9 🤪🙄🤨.
Perhaps they believe that Kaitano will know conditions touring here recently. Only thing that springs to mind that is logical 😅

The player with the decent 50 over average is jono Campbell scoring 34 each game. Decent by ZC standards but he needs hundreds
He doesn’t have it. At least yet.
You need to be scoring hundreds during the season at a minimum just to be in this conversation
Pretty sure the others have at some point

I know it’s not ODI but even Matt Welch scored one in his first few games

This is very accurate though, it’s time the players take some responsibility for the performances. How many times do you continually make excuses for mediocre player performances.
This is the perfect time to rebuild, get rid of old wood we have nothing more than entitled players taking pay check after pay check.

If you try and do performance management players start calling for the board to be sacked.

I blame the players for this nonsense,Ervine, Williams, Masakadza, Chatara, Burl they all let the team down they should face the music of career will end let it be.Rebuilding with a Kaitano,Gumbie Welch,Kia,Madande, Tsiga,Raza, Blessing,Richard,Camberwell,Kasuza,Shumba, Munyonga is not the worst idea

I'm curious if you think mediocre player performances are because the players feel so well paid and just generally comfortable enough that they're ambivalent about whether they win or lose?

It is such an interesting article for me. It divides the room.
The black folk are generally in agreement with Mukhulani's outburst and the rest want to go for a little lie down
