Bennett did well but there is some footage of him now and he clearly has a favored side. I had hoped to watch him against Chameera just to see how he does against genuine pace.

I also only realized how good Hasaranga and Theekshana are when I saw they are both in the top 5 in the rankings. Serious talent. Overall we ran them close twice, won once and got smashed me twice. A lot better then I expected to be honest. They did ok

Bennett did well. We’ve rarely seen that sort of strike rate up top. Threw his wicket away though!!
Just be positive for once , he's a shining light in a very dim environment.

When is the domestic T20 ?. I’m hoping Nick Welch does well so that K-Long has competition. We have been given a chance to redeem ourselves at the Africa games. They have to smash everybody besides SA. Hopefully Raza can play but I think it’s the same time as the PSL

He was dropped because he's been dogshit lately. 58 runs in 5 matches on this tour is his contribution.

It baffles me how biased some people are where they spew abuse at some guys who do badly whilst blindly defending other guys doing equally as badly.

So many agendas on here.
No agendas from me , just plain shit selection

'Be positive' (I literally was. can you not read?) says the guy who spews absolute dogs abuse at half the players every time he logs onto the forum.

We can all see the pattern in your posts. I'll say no more.

Bennett certainly looks to have some talent. He needs to be given a long run in all formats and preferably at #3. If you can get a solid first down batter, and fill in the spots around him, you will have a decent top/middle order going forward.
He'll have a poor run, coz that's cricket, and we'll see how much rope he gets.
Really comes down to how much faith the brass puts in him, doesn’t it? They really believed in Madhevere and Marumani and gave them very long ropes. Bennet should at least get that and arguably more.

So you are happy to drop Burl who is one of 3 batsman in the team that is suited to t20 cricket as a batsman and replace him with Munyonga , my pattern is I can't see value in perservering with average performers . At least Burl has got some credits in the bank but typical that the selectors choose to stuff around with a winning formula from the game before.

I’ve never once said Munyonga is better or I’m happy that Munyonga was picked.

I’m just pointing out your rank bias and hypocrisy whilst you throw rancid abuse in some of your posts at some guys whilst perennial underperformers like Burl get a free pass. Funny that isn’t it
