The fact we have two players in the ICC T20I team of the year today (Raza and Ngarava) and yet we failed to get past the likes of Namibia and Uganda really does highlight how many passengers our side is carrying, especially in that format.

Yeah it’s pretty scary.

Williams and Ervine are good batsman but look very uncomfortable when forced to bat up tempo. Williams needs to hit the gym.
Raza more comfortable upping the tempo of the big 3 (captain obvious).
Burl is the one I expect more from, he’s regressed as a bowler and stagnated as a bat, but is overall a t20 type.
