A bit confused here...
Eugene said Wez should take time off ie away from the national team to work on his technique, and you've said he's right. But in the other thread you've also stated that without vast structural changes, no one with talent will be able to improve their games significantly. Seems contradictory to me.
My personal opinion, is there are only three options:
1) throwing youngsters with talent into the deep end as has been done with Madhevere, Marumani, Shumba, Madande, etc.
2) continue to shuffle and recycle guys like Chibabha, Maruma, Tiripano, Mutumbami
3) Give guys like Chari another go
4) Bonus option: some combination of all 3 above options
ZC have actually employed that fourth option, and it probably is the best and most balanced one to be fair.
