Shocking decision by that cheating umpire. Thankfully over turned.

Ya I'm the only one who doesn't wax lyrical about Clive.
He's now going to be lauded for playing an anchor role. It's fine, he's doing an OK job.
He's got one main scoring shot. Down on one knee and smoke it over cow.

Clive is very mature for his age.

I don’t know why some people are so down on him. All evidence is that he consistently plays with a more level-head than our experienced and older players
Agreed.

But crucially he - most of the time - knows when to play it and when to not. He is smart. A lot smarter than most of our cricketers which is half the battle.

Get to 120 and this is game on  or alternatively pray for some climate change related rain sharpish and a no result.

Exactly; it’s not how many shots you’ve got, it’s how you use them (it). It’s all in the head at this level anyway and he thinks a good game.

Well I guess one plus is that we actually saw the reverse today where the other guys fought and the senior players brought nothing. Burl counts as a senior player against Bangladesh. He is 30 now as well. Plays in the BPL. No more excuses.

Our number 9 facing 6 overs out of 20 has to be some sort of record

Well, that could have gone worse   respectable from where we were after the powerplay I guess.

Ya old Ponsonby is a senior pro now and needs to sort his life out accordingly.
