Mufudza, Chivanga and Ervine being selected as the players to launch ZC's big new shirt sponsorship thing is an odd choice :?

Nice 300k payday for Mukuhlani and Makoni and co. That'll pay for a few big weekends in Vic Falls.

And yet players are now being taxed on the pitiful match fees, travel allowances have been chopped and none of the first class players can survive. It's time for the senior players to speak out. It's unsustainable.
Same story, they'll pay a few spineless key guys to keep the herd pointed in the same direction.

They wouldn't even pay for a late selection to travel and he didn't have 20 bucks to make the journey. Shameless people.

He doesn't rate Faraz. He was clearly being diplomatic there but, reading between the lines, he didn't see value in his selection

Ya, I thought the same - Salmon clearly choosing his words carefully there on Faraz.

Gumbie didn't have a good series. We have to be honest. He also needs to work on his calls. He has been involved.in quite a few runouts. Not just this series.

Also being fair I don't think Faraz for Gwandu was a bad call either. The logic behind that decision given the options that were available, makes sense.

He does seem excited about the young guns. Perhaps he can guide them well. Odd we are aiming to be winning games by 2027 we need to be wining now.

Exciting day.
Potential to win a series.
Potential for the rain to come and draw a series
Potential to lose a series.

I am inclined to make a change
Maybe Maposa in for Gwandu
Mavuta out for Musekiwa --Really depends on the pitch.
How should play
Musekiwa or Faraz A on Sunday both are so called allrounder
The debate goes on..
