Bowler I would add Mupariwa since he was the fastest to 50 ODI that should count for something?

Andy Flower should be an allrounder as he was a wicketkeeper also. Has Eddo Brandes played in the last decade?

I think Niel Johnson is the best all rounder, got off to a cracker with that performance in the 1999 world cup. Thats was one for the achieves....
And I agree, Mpariwa's quick fifty wickets do count for something. If u look at most of the players in your list, they didnt play beyond the 2003 world cup and most of them were at the pick of thier careers. Are we saying after 2003 there aint much to talk about. So I dont think your list is true reflection if your are really looking at the period between 1999-2009.

Lets relook at it....
Only include players who made significant contributions in this period.
Taibu, Price, Elton, Brent, Taylor, Mupariwa....
These are the guys that shld be counted.
