I feel it is only right to offer congratulations to Andy Flower for his part in England's Ashes triumph. It is good to see a former Zimbabwean doing so well as a coach. If only he was involved with Zimbabwean cricket.

For England to win the Ashes on home soil, the only necessary thing seems to be having a former Zimbabwean great as coach. Duncan Fletcher first, and now Andy Flower. He really has had a tremendous impact.

Very well done to Andy Flower ! Excellent job ! LEGEND in one sense !

Always hope for his best !

Duncan Fletcher is an excellent coach also in my opinion. He contributed a lot in the Asheas victory for England back in 2005. Any one knows what Fletcher is doing currently ? I saw him last performing the role of an advisor of SA national side while they were playing against AUS. Is he still with SA ? I know that he has a similar kind of role with Hampshire CCC also.

I wonder how many Zimbos will suddenly develop a soft spot for the England cricket team now that Andy is coach. At the very least we will follow the progress of the poms with a little more interest! :D

It takes a Zimbabwean Coach + South African Batsmen Component + Indian Spinner and a Few Englishman Wickets To win the Ashes.

Formula ---> Z.C +S.A.B.C + I.S + F.E.W = Ashes Win
