Its ok, with all that money spent on Takaz they have not resolved the drainage issue.
They know its waterlogged, surely move the game to another venue? I think HSC is free?
It's mindboggling. Unless they plan a lot smarter this whole tournament is going to be a washout.

I doubt ICC would let them, sadly.
They're ICC's games, not ZC's.
