The first game was called off due to rain -
Newman got 4 wickets - update by Larry
They lost to Namibia A by 10 runs.

Checked those players and can't really complain much about that squad, could've been worse though. Said it before there's always some weird selections going on. Only way I try to make sense is that Inno being in the squad is that he'll add experience and wisdom, also he's in a good form. But yeah could've been anyone else younger. Of course Makonis have to be part of almost every squad. They'll get match fees and most likely has a contract so win win for Mr. GM Makoni.
Blignaut brothers are only 17, they're time will come.
I'm quite impressed with Newman him being part of the senior Zim squad has definitely helped him.

Its nothing to do with experience and nepotism, ts just mates looking after mates. But, if its just one player, then I can let it slide.
