"Restraint of trade" is the legal term, and the ECB have already lost one court case over ICL players (against their rule forbidding counties from signing players who'd taken ICL contracts). BCCI can say what they want, but they'll lose any case that comes to court and ICL seem quite prepared to pay the legal fees of their players who are caught by these idiotic rules...brmtaylor.com admin wrote:Is that legal?
