Wow, I'm still in shock. I looked at the live scores on Cricinfo and saw JM Davidson on the scorecard! Davidson of course made a blistering century in the 2003 World Cup against West Indies and rose to prominence. In fact, at the time I think it was the fastest World Cup century?
Anyway, I'm glad he's back. The truth is he's still probably Canada's best batsman and they can't exactly afford to play anything but their strongest XI.

John Davison is now 38 years old but still Canada needs him in the batting order.He has played domestic cricket in Australia for South Africa.So,experience contender indeed.
