No, trust me, Trumpelmann is the best bowling talent in Namibia. He’ll be playing every game at the World Cup.
^ I posted this back in August in the Zim Emerging thread when everyone was saying it was Namibia reserves and Trumpelmann was a nobody who hadn't even made his debut for the full senior team yet.
He's just taken three wickets in the first over of the match........
Good one SZ!
I'm so mighty impressed with Namibia. Zimbabwe are in a way much behind these new emerging teams. As of now Zim will win but if we look at the bigger picture, Zimbos have got lot of good things to do to be competitive in the long run.

Will agree once he gets success against big boys
Raj, if you expect an associate player, who barely get to play matches, let alone matches against 'big boys' to be appreciated when he performs against ENG, Aus, Ind, then I'm sorry but these are wrong expectations.
All is well that ends well, Quinton has cleared his stance and has committed to take a knee.
He has made himself available for the test of the games and has fully committed to playing for South Africa.
I think SecretZimbo was right again, as you rightly said if that U turn has to come, it has to come in the next few days, else he is moving on, and that U turn has come.

Wrong Expectations were made right by an associate player called Rashid Khan, performed in those "barely" chances.
Moreover, Associates can't improve by giving excuses they need to make eye catching performances in those less chances.

[ Some] Class players will perform anytime they get the opportunity.
For example,, Tamim Iqbal had 3 Test centuries in SENA countries despite playing very few matches there.
You guys are literally comparing test players like Rashid Khan and Tamim Iqbal with associate players. That's not a right comparison.
If I go by that Kevin O Brien, Ryan Ten Doeschate, Paul Stirling, Steve Tikolo, (I'm Talking about Ireland when they were associates) etc. are better examples of genuine associate players who made a mark quickly.
In this case I can compare Brendan Taylor, Tatenda Taibu also as players who got less games overseas yet made a mark.
Here we are talking about Namibia, a team that has already made a mark in their first ever T20 WC, yet you want them to do more, like perform against big guns. That is currently unrealistic.
Associates and new full members are progressing and improving at a rate faster than Zim. In 4 years time, Namimbia, Scotland and Oman will be ahead of Zim in all short formats, Ireland are already ahead, Afghanistan are now already miles ahead challenging the big boys and winning big games. Zim is going in the wrong direction by not focusing on T20 cricket.
