Hasaranga is quite a good player, easily one of the best all rounders going around, isn't he?

Yeah he's quite good. Sri Lanka's problem is that they haven't been able to replace Sanga and Jaya and Dilshan. The two Kusals are talented and can single handedly beat any team on their day, but they aren't consistent enough averaging just low 30s.

Bangladesh could go the same way once Tamim, Mushy, Shakib retire unless the Shantos and Mosaddeks step up. This is why they deserve a long run at the top. Soumya and Liton are proven failures.
we also have no pace bowlers but chameera has become pretty good

I liked Lahiru Kumara, he was quite pacey, where did he disappear?

Amongst the batters I thought Oshada Fernando was pretty good, but he seems to be out of favor as well, SLN needs to identify talent and stick with them, they've tried far too many players lately for my liking.

Akila Dhananjaya, again a very good LOI spinner but keeps getting in and out of the side.

Lahiru Kumara is quick but wayward and expensive. He's had a long run but has been unable to really cement his position. He would in all likelihood get clobbered in white ball cricket.

Chandimal will most likely be back in all formats. So will Dickwella. Mathews I fear is finished because of his fitness issues. He might still be a decent batter, but the issue is that all the batters (Kusal P, Kusal M, Chandimal, Dickwella, Nissanka, DDS) are good, but currently not good enough to get Sri Lanka out of the 8th to 9th position in the ODI rankings.

Maybe Dickwella but I hope Chandimal doesnt return. Nissanka should only be playing tests and I reckon same goes for DDS as talented as he is. Kumara should be in the test team too when he`s fit

this is so annoying, sometimes these batsmen look on top of the world and then the next match they`ll look clueless

They've got a really good base to launch a total well in excess of 300 here.

Will be interesting to see if Bangladesh can chase a big score.

Disappointing performance today by BD. Overall a poor series, despite the win. Would have been nice to bag the full 30 points after dropping them all in NZ.

A pretty dominating win by SL. They batted fairly well (had the platform for 350 but ended up with just 280 odd), but bowled brilliantly to bundle BD out for under 200.

Kumara is injured at the moment, otherwise he would be there leading this attack. He has pace, bounce and he is a really strong boy.
Sri lanka have a crop of fast bowlers all of a sudden who might morph into something useful going forward, but it's very early days yet.
