They keep throwing it away with one bad over. Still been bowling pretty well if you been watching.Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 8:09 amLahiru Kumara in the Super 12 stage so far:
4 matches, 1 wicket, 10.51 econ, 156 average
Chameera:s
4 matches, 3 wickets, 9.6 econ, 48 average
I was saying you can't judge their sub 4 economy rates and single digit averages in the prelim round against teams like Namibia, Ireland, and Netherlands. If they can bowl at under 7 an over in the Super 12s, then we can make a statement about quality. At the moment, they are going at 10 an over.
I hear your point, and fair enough. Still think they've bowled pretty well actually, so I'm surprised by those figures. They've still looked pretty decent in this round. Lots to work with though. Early season Australian pitches for the next T20 world cup should be quite appetising to them!Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 8:09 amLahiru Kumara in the Super 12 stage so far:

Oh maybe. No idea. Just thought they would be pace bowling-friendly like traditionally over there. Actually they use a lot of drop-ins now don’t they?slcricfan1 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 10:19 amArent Aussie t20 pitches incredibly flatsecretzimbo wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 10:11 amI hear your point, and fair enough. Finally Bangladesh and India playing same brand of cricket . Two countries domestic cricket engaged with lots of spinners are now getting ripped apart by spinners.Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 8:09 amLahiru Kumara in the Super 12 stage so far:

145-5 with the bat isn't that bad against arguably the best team in the competition. Could have been much worse.secretzimbo wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 1:09 pmFeel like Namibia V Pakistan has the potential to get very very ugly for our neighbours this evening. Hopefully they can keep it respectable.
