Well folks, great start for India winning at Centurion. South Africa's fortress. Question is can RSA bounce back? Or will this be India's first ever series win in the Rainbow nation.

I think India are going to pull it off. Probably 2-0 or even 3-0, won't be surprised based on what I saw in the first test. RSA look really off color while India are very high on confidence.

LOIs may be a little closer, but even there I'm expecting India to win.

Rahane and Pujara are surely on their last legs here. South Africa have started strong in the 2nd test India 53/3 at Lunch.

Rahane, Pujara, Pant getting feeded from Aus tour. Saha is best wicket keeper and can hold at one end in case of collapse. Reason why Pant is included is not working at present moment.

If they have problem with Saha, then they could have selected Sikhar Bharat, he is in red hot form in this season in domestic cricket. Management seems backing Ishan Kisan in place of Bharat as he was seen playing for India A in recent tour of South Africa

Team needs to think on Rahane & Pujara, 50s should have been converted to tons as they have been doing nothing since Aus Tour. Pant failed to remember that opposition has got Rabada who bowls him regularly in nets for Delhi in IPL and he is not unknown to him, knows his batting and thinking, might be another chance waiting for him. Would be disappointed if Vihari gets dropped. Siraj might be out of the tour, Umesh would be his ideal replacement for Newlands test.

Shaping up to be a very tight series. Is this a 3 or 4 match series?

It's a 3 match series.

Rahane and ChePu have bought themselves another series after that last knock, that is how it works in the subcontinent.

I'll still put India as favts going into the Cape Town test. RSA would do well to replace Maharaj with eiter Rickelton or Linde, just to strengthen the batting, preferably Rickelton. Nothing against Keshav here, just that you can't play him to bowl 2 overs in the entire test.

Both the sessions have been shared in this 3rd test so far. So all Important last session coming up now.

Another very mediocre batting performance by India. This is turning out to be tight contest only because South Africa themselves are quite an average batting unit.

All to play for on what will be the last day of the series.

111 runs to get for RSA, India need 8 wickets.
