Ireland threw away a great opportunity to pick up 10 points today. Hopefully they can still get a win from the remaining two games especially when Stirling comes back.

West Indies Cricket needs to set up their road map on longer format cricket. Too many average and inconsistent cricketers in their set up. Great to see Heynes & Sarwan given the job of selection.

Gayles, Bravos, Narines, Russel have destroyed longest format culture in West Indies and have shown the path to the upcomming young players how to earn by playing 20-20 and 10 over cricket and give less or no importance to international cricket

Looks like Ireland were in quite a strong position but lost the game owing to a batting collapse later. Good 10 points for the windies.

Finally we've had a game in WSL, this entire thing looks jinxed otherwise.

Games rescheduled now to Thursday and Sunday with the T20 scrapped.

I don't know why but I'm loving the scrapping of some useless T20s these days.

Ireland have pulled off a win. I think the rain effected game helped Ireland. Chasing 228 in 50 overs might have caused them problems.

Nonetheless 10 important points for the Irish.

They were in reasonable control in both games and should have won both. Any decent team would have pocketed 20 points, so 10 is fair for a side like the Irish.

Ireland have lost 2 points to slow over rate, and I won't be surprised if they are docked more points before the end of this series. Their over rate is absolutely disgusting.

Irish smelling first odi series win against West Indies. 99/5 in 20 overs poor batting after openers got out.
