Just about to post that. but at 119-7, they should have been chasing around 150-170 tops. Still 200 ain't a huge chase, but we've seen Ireland bottle some very easy chases in the recent past.
A series win would be great for them though.

Ya they should have closed it out. I'm also Surprised that despite Odean Smith doing so well with the bat, WI continue to send him at no. 10, thats ridiculous.

WOW, Ireland about to throw away another easy win...this time costing them the series vs a top 10 team!
from 168-3 to 208-8...still 5 needed to win with two batters on naught.

Series win and 20 points in the bag. Almost guarantees that Irelannd and Afghanistan won't finish last place in the Super League.

Windies continue to fall. Only Shai Hope, Alzarri and Jason Holder as well as maybe Pooran have justfied places in that side

Big series win for Ireland. This really makes the WSL table open up. Ireland now sit 3rd in that table, would you believe it?

Why not ? West Indies in longer format has been below the belt after the rise of T20 cricket. They might have to face more upsets in the comming years, if they fail to inject the importance of odis & test in youths
Irish team has been underrated because of their poor show in ICC Events. They have been doing well in odis now had neck to neck fight with Proteas now beat the West Indies.
Irish team surely be the power house in this decade and its good for World Cricket

No they are not as good. It reflects more on the WI I'd say.

But still Irish win against West Indies will make many lower ranked teams positive when they face them in shorter format. The game requires more team and this kind of result is good for the game
