Don't go by IPL performances, test cricket and even odis are a whole different game. Every year during IPL there is false perception that india can field 3 teams and still win. Chahal, Kuldeep, Pandya, Bumrah had more impact through IPL then domestic cricket. Chameera had injury issue, he is slowly getting into the rhythm, Teekashana is a talent, has got lots of variety, he is getting wickets with his skills. Hasaranga is world class in LOIs, I agree on that, the other three as of now, I'm not sure, Chameera has been around for long has good pace but hasn't had the kind of impact.

No, Pathirana`s body will not be able to handle the pressure. His action is more extreme than even Malinga. Maheesh is like Ajantha mendis. Was alright in the first couple series but then declined rapidly. Chameera is on the wrong side of 30. We needed a flat pitch as that was our best shot of getting a win. We got pretty much the perfect wicket but our bowling was consistent enough and Sri Lanka batted well to save the Test.
