Includes nz,australia and south africa.
NZ and australia has 4 sides and south africa have 4 but wouldn't suprise me if their was a combined namibian/zimbabwe/kenyan side take 1 of the franchises.
Comes in 2010/11.
Could bring a lot of money in for the african players.
Wish it luck would probably be shown on foxtel.
