Great effort from the openers. One of these guys needs to go big tomorrow.

Safely executed mini session in the end. 50 for no loss. Both openers playing exactly 51 deliveries each of the 17 overs they faced

Well we've won one hour out of twelve so far.

Good stuff by the openers. Guyz if Afghans can get 200 on this wicket, then surely it is a dead one and Zimbabwe should be able to draw this. I'll be very dissappointed if Zimbos le4t this slip.
Nothing against Afghans, they are a passionate side, I appreciate these players, most of them have practiced cricket in Refugee camps as I've heard, to come this far as a cricketing nation is a great effort, but Zimbabwe is one of my favorite team and I want them to win this series.

He was/is so incredibly over rated it's scary. Believed his onw myth more than anybody else I've seen.
He was arrogant, loud and an average cricketer. For somebody as over weight as he is I find it amazing how ballsy he sounded on the pitch

Well done to these two. They need to try and go through to lunch without losing another wicket. Big ask, but it's doable.
Not a very exciting wicket but at least we have an opportunity go large here and score some big runs.

Very nasty piece of work, Shahzad. I hope he stays gone.

Shahzad had a good record v Zimbabwe, I always thought it was imperative Zimbabwe got him out early
