It makes me laugh that even with the northern side bowling 60 overs, Madhevere didn’t give Tiripano the ball.

Just shows that even the players know he can’t bowl anymore.

He is basically in this team as a batsmen.

Personally I think that's premature. He hasn't done enuf yet in franchise or national cricket. Its a poor message, not only to other players, but to Madhevere himself. It's saying you're safe when he still has much to prove.
I'd much rather see a senior player captain.

You mentioned that Tiripano lost his national contract. Who now has a national contract?

I don’t have the full list but there are apparently only 14 full contracts at the moment. Not sure if there is a second tier or something.

I know DT definitely isn’t in that 14 though

Ughghghhghg Wes falls short of his century again!!!! So frustrating. There's so much talent in this boy. I really hope he can start converting. Hopefully he has the right guidance and coaching but I wouldn't be sure of that.

Myers will probably finish his first year of Uni only having missed 3 international games  shocking. Hopefully he gets to play some club cricket over the summer break.

We need matches. If the CSA guys really are in Zim right now then we need to beg them for anything. Even another 'A' tour. We need some game time next month.
