Craig is 37 now. I am definitely concerned about his recovery
37 is fine with modern sports medical recovery professionalism.

That said, I doubt ZC practice modern sports medical recovery professionalism.

It's called beer rehydration, we are world champions. You do it properly and you can play until you're 70.

Alcohol is a diuretic. Opposite of hydration.

I’m not so sure on the diuretic thing.
Is alcohol a diuretic? Yes.
But I have a feeling that the diuretic component is offset by all the water in a beer.

My piss is as clear after a few beers as lake kadoma. No yellow dehydration tinge at all.

The fact that its clear is precisely because alcohol is a diuretic. Clear piss means its mostly water (dilute urine) which is what you would expect with water loss (diuresis). The same thing would happen if you took diuretic medication like furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide. Your body loses water, which goes out as piss, and hence the clear piss.

Anti-diuretics (ADH, vasopresin) would do the opposite...you would have highly concentrated yellow-brown urine.
