What are the predictions for the retirements of Williams, Ervine and Raza?
Presumably they're not going to bow out at exactly the same time. Raza will be last to go and that will depend on how long he can keep his T20 career going.
We've heard that it will be after the qualifiers, or after the WC...if we sneak through, but they might extend it for another year.
What is immediately after this WC?
I think it's possible to extend it maybe until the 2024 T20 world cup because its almost non-stop cricket(or should I say a cricketing goal) until then. Everybody is in good books right now and I think both Sean and Craig can see Wes and co need another maybe 18 months of guidance.

Its tough but I honestly feel Craig will retire this year no matter what happens. He is the one who needs the most convincing I think. Sean has this relationship with them where he doesn't really have to do much besides pitch up for the real events which I think can then make it easy for him to continue. It's a lot more taxing on Craig.

The result and energy around the qualifiers will be key. There is no qualifying needed for the 2027 World Cup and I think we have enough firepower to win the Africa T20 qualifiers without them. So in somebody like Craig's mind he might think after this ODI assignment it will be time for Wes and co to step up and find themselves

Craig saying he thought they would all stick around until the 2023 world cup when BT retired plus Sean sacrificing that finger for this World Cup assignment (and the way he is playing every game like a T10) tells me it could be very soon . Or at least that's the plan in their mind. Craig's form has also taken a hit of late.

I’d say they would let Craig bow out after this campaign if he wants, unless there is a test series around the corner.

They would use their new increased funding to keep the other two others as long as possible.
I’d look to sign Sean until he’s 40+ behavioural clauses.

Raza might start thinking he’s outgrown ZC so hard to predict. If not he will stick around a bit.
Should probably add Chatara into this mix.he won’t want to retire but we may need to make him after the next t20 wc

Ya I forgot to mention Chats. We keep discounting him and he keeps putting his hand up. He will be a big blow as well.
