Should have a domestic t20 tournament for selecting 15 man squad, with national team players participating in the tournament.

This should be the Zimbabwe playing XI in T20 series

T Kamunhukamwe
S Mire
H Masakadza
B Taylor
S Williams
S Raza
L Roche
F Akram
G Cremer
N Madziva
B Muzarabani
Really ???

Madziva ? Akram ?
Should'nt be surprising....Madziva pulled it off against best finisher MS Dhoni, got change of pace, slowers ideal for T20 Cricket, same goes with Tiripano.

Faraz, Akram seems a quality allrounder, who swings the ball and bats at lower order. Genuine pace bowling allrounders are missing from Zimbabwe, as there are mainly bowlers who can bat. Akram seems genuine allrounder he should get picked.
Roche and Munyonga also deserve chance

T20 cricket is being shaped for youths should'nt be any question of including them, as banking on experienced players resulted only 7 wins out of 40 games since the start of the T20 format, but since Utseya is in selection return of Chigumbura, Chari, Mpofu is exprcted then giving chance to youths.

That won’t be the side and nor should it

You won’t find a bigger Madziva fan than I, but he hasn’t bowled well for a couple years now

I, 100% agree with you, this side will not be picked as over the years, it has been hardest nut to crack for under 19s in Zimbabwe to make into the Zim squad in such a less time, which is not the case in other top sides.

Moreover Utseya is in selection panel, it will hardest for the experienced white community players to get into the team. Utseya will definately make a call and there will be a return of Chigumbura, Chari, Mpofu, out of form Musakanda, Natsai M'shangwe, Mutumbami,Timycen Maruma, Wellington Masakadza in the T20 side definately, when these in form Rising Star Players needs to be exposed in youth oriented shortest format of the game i,e T20s
